Our Nasha Mukti Kendra in Patti offers a serene environment for people who are seeking to overcome their addiction under the expert guidance of staff at Jiwaandaan Foundation. The center focuses on providing complete care and support to all patients physically, emotionally, and mentally through the course of their recovery.

A 27-year old man from Patti had come to Jiwaandaan Foundation, feeling down and depressed due to chronic drinking of alcohol and suffering from low self esteem. The team members of Jiwaandaan Foundation welcomed him with compassion and kindness. Through a combination of medical detoxification, regular counseling and group motivational sessions, he slowly started to open up about the pressure that made him drink.

Through his participation in yoga, exercises and group discussions, he started rebuilding himself, building his self-confidence again. During the initial months, his family members also observed a tremendous improvement in him. Eventually by the end of his treatment program, he was able to regain clarity in his mind, develop a sense of responsibility and create healthy habits for himself.

Presently, he has been living free of substance abuse and continues to share his story with others so as to encourage them.
